Bonjour Audrey; Books can be your companions through life, and we know that when you grow up you'll be able to read them in English AND French (as your bon maman says).
You are absolutely gorgeous, and we know that you'll grow up to be gorgeous on the inside too, because we know and love the guy who contributed half your genes.
We'd love to tell you how we're related, but we wrinkle our brows trying to figure out what to call the relationship. We THINK we're the second cousin of your dad (we're HIS dad's cousin), so we suspect that might make us your third cousin. Maybe another poster will be able to clear this up. Meanwhile, we are just glad to be part of your family... whatever the heck we are.
